The Northwest Counseling Center family consists of licensed professionals with a passion for helping others through therapy.

Dr. Roger Yoder, Ph.D, LMHC, NCC, QEEGD, Owner

Dr. Roger Yoder is a licensed mental health counselor and earned his doctoral degree, which included advanced training in research and clinical practice. He is a Certified Trauma Professional, specializing in EMDR.  He is also trained in neurofeedback and virtual reality. Dr. Yoder is a EMDRIA Consultant and Trainer.  Dr. Yoder served in the military as a member of Security Police/Forces in the United States Air Force. He has a passion for working with first responders, police, military, veterans, and fire fighters.

Terese Medina, LMHC, Clinical Supervisor, Owner

Terese

Terese is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor specializing in EMDR and play therapy.  She is also a state approved supervisor and mentors counselors entering the professional field. Terese is trained in the art of brain scan data gathering and analysis.

Jessica Campbell, LMHC, NCC, QEEGD, Owner

Jessica

Jessica is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and is a Certified Trauma Professional.  She is trained in EMDR, narrative therapy, and neurofeedback. Jessica is a certified QEEG Diplomate, meaning she has an advanced level of training and certification in brain scan analysis. 

Jamie Pendon, LMHC, MHP, Clinical Supervisor, Owner

Jamie is a licensed mental health counselor who has provided care in a variety of settings. She specializes in adult psychotherapy and has received specialized training in the treatment of trauma. Jamie is an EMDRIA Consultant and Trainer and is passionate about sharing this knowledge with others.

Maleia Matt, LICSW, Owner

Maleia is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker experienced in providing patients with a safe, non-judgmental, trauma-informed therapy. While serving in the military, she gained experience in military leadership and worked alongside trauma survivors as a victim advocate. Maleia earned her master’s degree at Fayetteville State University after which she gained experience as a case manager, social worker, and therapist at an intensive outpatient program. She is trained in EMDR, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing (MI).
